About Us
Who am I? I am a long-time STEM teacher with advanced degrees in biological science and education. Over the course of ten years, I developed unique educational materials, classes, and workshops to teach kids skills for a circular economy and a sustainable future.
What do I offer? I offer in-person workshops, camps and classes in the Upstate South Carolina region for kids of all ages. I also created units for teaching waste-free STEM and other related subjects. I provide mentoring and professional development for teachers, homeschool parents, informal educators and schools. Online courses are coming soon!
Why is Circular STEM different?
My program offers “life” classes that open students' minds, awaken their curiosity, allow them to dream, and introduce them to the real world they will have to navigate.
The program teaches real-world skills and sustainable living that:
