Homeschool Health for ages 5-10

Homeschool Health Class - Nutrition and Exercise is a hands on experience where kids get to learn about why food, water and exercise are important for healthy living! Kids will have the opportunity to sample different foods from multiple food groups (if your child has allergies, please let me know), learn about muscle groups and exercises, and how water is used throughout our bodies. Students will also decorate their own water bottle to take home!
