• Practice the basics of plant identification to foster confidence in recognizing and respecting local plants.
• Create their own herbal electuary—a delicious and medicinal herbal preparation—to take home and enjoy.

Meet the instructor:
Hunter Gibson, a Clinical Functional Herbalist and founder of Cattle Creek Ranch, is an avid gardener, homesteader, and plant researcher based in Pumpkintown, SC. She homeschools her children and was inspired to pursue herbalism after learning more about their diagnoses and special needs. Dedicated to teaching others about the wonders of plants and holistic living, Hunter has taught classes at The Collaboration Station and now shares her expertise with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Clemson University. She is passionate about helping others embrace the beauty and benefits of nature.
